1. How do I book my event?

Submit an inquiry through our website. Once we receive your event details, we'll review your request and reach out with the next steps. Your date is not secured until the required payment is received.

 2. How much is required to reserve my date?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms outlined in your contract.

3. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available and are customized based on the client's event, booking timeline, and payment needs. Payment arrangements are discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

 4. Can I bring my own food to the venue?

Yes. Outside food is permitted at LE CRYSTAL. However, cooking is not permitted on the premises. We also offer food tables for your event setup.

5. Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

All deposits and payments are final and non-refundable. However, if an event needs to be canceled or rescheduled, funds may be applied toward a future event for the same client, subject to availability and the terms of the agreement.

6. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event seasons. Availability is based on your requested date.

7. Does the venue include tables and chairs?

Yes. Venue rentals include round tables,Food Table and Chivari chairs.

8. Is bartending available?

Yes. In-house bartending service is available with venue rentals.

9. Do you travel for events?

Yes. We service events outside of our local area. Travel fees vary depending on the event location.
